Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Systems Engineer to apply broad engineering expertise to plan, design, integrate, test, and sustain secure, resilient communications and information systems for DoD programs.

You will develop and manage requirements, analyze system data, support full lifecycle validation, and conduct trade studies to inform decisions, while collaborating with Air Force stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• ~3–7+ years of systems engineering experience across full lifecycle.
• Experience with requirements management, data analysis, and system integration.
• Experience supporting trade studies and technical decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable briefing leadership and working across teams on NC3 or mission-critical systems.
• Digital engineering / MBSE experience; MOSA / Open Mission Systems familiarity.
• Experience with SWAP-C or system constraints analysis; Air Force / DoD program experience.
