Qualifications

• US citizenship and active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 2+ years of experience or Master's degree in STEM with 0 years of experience.
• Experience defining test objectives based on test requirements.
• Extensive experience with automated testing tools (e.g., TestComplete) and scripting.
• Strong background in SW/HW integration, troubleshooting, and test principles, COTS software incorporation, and field support.
• Proven track record of developing test automation and data collection methods within CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced hands-on system troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to lead technical interfaces with suppliers and customer.

Responsibilities

• Author Software Test Plans, Procedures, Subsystem Acceptance Test Procedures, and Test Reports.
• Execute test artifacts for developmental, integration, qualification, and acceptance testing.
• Develop automated test approaches for new software capabilities.
• Compile test data, identify gaps, and recommend procedural changes.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and support organic/COTS SW/HW integration in the labs.
• Work with SW development teams to document and resolve SW issues.
• Provide on-site support for fielded products.
• May require travel up to two weeks at a time for planning meetings, testing events, and customer support.
