Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required and DoD Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 2+ years of experience or Master's degree with 0 years for Integration and Test Engineer; 5+ years for Principal role with a Master's or 3+ years with a Bachelor's.
• Experience defining test objectives from requirements; strong background in automated testing and data collection within CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Author Software Test Plans, Procedures, Subsystem Acceptance Test Procedures, and Test Reports.
• Execute test artifacts for developmental, integration, qualification, and acceptance testing.
• Develop automated test approaches for new software capabilities.
• Compile test data, identify gaps, and suggest procedural improvements.
• Troubleshoot SW/HW integration in labs and support fielded products on-site.
