Guidehouse is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to translate complex business requirements into technical designs and deliver scalable solutions in a Federal/Gov context in Tampa, FL. You will lead the development of ServiceNow applications, provide technical guidance to other developers, and drive platform upgrades while ensuring security, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.

• Must possess and maintain a Federal or DoD Top Secret security clearance.
• Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Tampa, FL area.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, plus App Engine and Scoped Apps.
• Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

Responsabilidades

• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow.
• Lead development of ServiceNow applications, aligning with business objectives and best practices.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers.
• Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications.
• Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing implementations.
• Review functionality developed by the team and perform unit, system, and integration testing.
• Debug and fix technical problems.
• Support the development of detailed technical and functional documentation.
• Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.
• Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
