Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• CAD certification and at least CIS ITSM preferred.
• Active Top Secret clearance or willingness to obtain/upgrade.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow configurations, custom applications, and automated workflows.
• Build and enhance Service Catalog items, including Catalog Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer automations.
• Support ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
• Design/integrate with third-party systems via REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.
• Mentor developers and promote best practices at Architect level.
