Job summary

The role requires 15+ years of related experience, a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and ITIL 4 Foundation certification within 9 months of start.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelors Degree in Engineering discipline and 15+ years of experience.
• Masters Degree is desired.
• Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
• Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation within 9 months of start; Security+ or CASP+ or CCSP or Cloud+ or CSSLP.
• Location: Offutt AFB, NE.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and maintains ServiceNow platform to ensure efficient ITSM processes and enhance the overall user experience.
• Designs, develops, and customizes ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet business needs.
• Creates and configures workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to ServiceNow functionality.
• Supports ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and other relevant protocols.
