Advantage SCI in Reston, VA is hiring a Security Specialist to provide customer service and security support for SCI programs. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI and CI Poly, NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and oral reporting skills across levels.
• DIA experience preferred.
• Certifications: PII and Cyber Awareness Challenge within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Process outgoing clearance certifications messages.
• Process incoming visit certifications and validate SCI access for visitors.
• Perform badging functions and update security systems.
• Schedule and conduct SCI indoctrinations/debriefs and upload documents.
• Process PEDs and systems access requests.
• Issue badges and CACs where applicable.
• Submit outgoing clearance requests.
• Process systems access requests.
• Provide status updates and respond to security inquiries.
• Identify personnel needing updated polygraphs/investigations.
• Train part-time unit security officers in security databases/tools.
