Job summary

Advantage SCI is seeking a Personnel Security Specialist to support the Security Division in assessing and certifying trustworthiness for SCI access. This role involves case management, adjudication, and ensuring due process in a timely manner for DIA and DoD-affiliated personnel.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of relevant experience, familiarity with ICD704/EO12968 and SEAD 3, 6, 7, and experience with security systems like Scattered Castles, eQIP, and JPAS. A TS/SCI with CI Poly is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ICD704 and EO 12968; SEAD 3, 6 and 7.
• Knowledge of DNI and IRPTA timelines; prioritize competing tasks with accuracy.
• Experience creating, managing, and closing cases in security systems of record.
• TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly; ability to pass.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assess, validate, and certify trustworthiness of DIA/DoD personnel for SCI access.
• Perform case management and adjudication with due process.
• Support CES Screeners for Continuous Evaluation System deployment.
• Coordinate with officers and other sites to obtain necessary information.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness in investigations and reporting.
