Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a security-related field is required.
• Minimum of three years' experience with the DoD or IC community.
• CDSE FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities curriculum or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail to follow security protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task on projects.
• Familiarity with SCIF operations and security databases such as DISS, NISS, SCI nominations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary focal point for all personnel security actions.
• Support classified personnel processing and eligibility for all company sites.
• Oversee tracking of security nominations from management through indoctrination and access.
• Process clearance, visit authorization, and badging requirements.
• Monitor personnel security activities in DISS.
• Submit self-reported items to the appropriate system of record.
• Audit security training and SETA briefings across sites.
• Maintain relationships with government customers and program staff.
• Support the insider threat team and assist in security plan updates.
• Identify vendor fraud risks and recommend mitigations to stakeholders.
