Job summary

Advantage SCI is hiring a Security Specialist at the junior level in Washington, D.C. You will support SCI operations, process clearances, and assist with security indoctrinations for client and agency personnel.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of relevant experience, TS clearance with SCI eligibility, and familiarity with MS Office. Expect a fast-paced environment with responsibilities across access control, badging, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience required.
• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI and CI Poly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and guidance to customers and external agencies.
• Process outgoing clearance certifications messages and visits.
• Manage badging functions and update security systems.
• Schedule SCI indoctrinations/debriefs and upload related documents.
• Handle PEDs and systems access requests; process system access requests.
• Respond to routine security questions and status updates.
• Train part-time unit security officers in security databases and tools.
