Job summary

Advantage SCI, LLC is seeking qualified Personnel Security Specialists to support our government customer on-site in Reston, Virginia. The role requires active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain SCI with CI Poly, and involves case management, adjudication, and due process for access to sensitive information.

You will assist the Government in assessing trustworthiness, review clearance documentation, and maintain security records.

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience.
Experience with ICD704 and EO 12968; and SEAD 3, 6 and 7 addressing reporting requirements, continuous vetting/evaluation, and reciprocity.
Knowledge of DNI and IRPTA timelines and prioritizing tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Familiarity with security systems of record and national agency checks.
Excellent written and oral reporting skills and ability to communicate across dispersed sites.
Must have TS/SCI clearance and CI Poly.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
DIA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist the Government in assessing and certifying trustworthiness of DoD-affiliated personnel for access to sensitive information.
Review forms and process security clearance documentation for investigations and clearances.
Maintain personnel security records and databases used in the process.
Develop recommendations to grant, deny, or revoke security clearance.
Check status of cases and maintain suspense logs.
Prepare written reports and briefings; perform other duties as assigned.
