Job summary

DEL REY Systems & Technology, Inc. is seeking a Security Compliance Specialist to provide program security support for SAP and SCI nominations. You will process documentation, indoctrination briefs, and maintain PERSEC databases.

Strong DoD security knowledge and MS Office experience are essential. Ideal candidates will manage PAR/PIA packages, liaise with government agencies, and ensure adherence to DD Form 254 guidance.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance or higher is required
• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 years of related experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Provide PERSEC support including review and processing of DoD SAP/SCI nomination documentation
• Generate PAR packages and PIAs, and execute briefs/debriefs as required
• Familiarize with DoD SAP Security Manuals and related ICDs and NISPOM requirements
• Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies/procedures
• Adhere to DD Form 254 guidance and issue subcontract DD254s
• Serve as focal point for security paperwork processing and data transfer to government databases
• Maintain liaison with government agencies, customers, and contractors
• Perform other duties as assigned
