Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Industrial Security Specialist to protect classified information, personnel, facilities, and government programs within DoD and IC environments. The role administers and maintains industrial security programs, ensuring compliance with NISP requirements and government directives.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in industrial security, active Top Secret clearance with SAP/SAR eligibility, and an IAT/IAM Level II

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial security or related disciplines.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SAP/SAR eligibility.
• Active IAT/IAM Level II certification.
• Experience in DoD/government security environments.
• Ability to obtain CDSE within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support industrial security programs per NISP and directives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements for classified information.
• Maintain facility security clearance docs, personnel access, and classified holdings.
• Process and manage visits/clearance actions/indoctrinations/debriefings.
• Conduct reviews, self-inspections, audits, and compliance assessments.
