Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Security Coordinator 4 in Roy, UT to provide program security and PERSEC support for SAP and SCI processes. The role involves processing clearance documentation, indoctrinations and interfacing with government security teams.

You will manage PAR packages, maintain security databases, and ensure compliance with DoD manuals and NISPOM. A full-time position with a 9/80 schedule and comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret clearance at time of application and ability to obtain SAP approval.
• Experience with government security processes and PERSEC/PAR/PIA documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide program security and PERSEC support, process documentation for SAP and SCI nominations.
• Prepare indoctrinations/debriefings, manage clearance data in DISS/JADE and databases.
• Generate PAR packages, ensure information currency, collect signatures and maintain records.
• Serve as liaison with government agencies and stakeholders; ensure policy compliance.
