Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Industrial Security 2 to lead a CSSO team supporting a classified program portfolio within AMC. You will develop and administer security programs for classified materials, and work with internal and external customers to ensure compliance and operational readiness.

The role requires Top Secret clearance with SAP eligibility, extensive experience in DoD security regimes, and the ability to mentor junior staff while coordinating staffing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Minimum 8+ years in CSSO/Industrial Security with a Bachelor's, or 6+ years with a Master.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and supervise a team of CSSOs on fast-paced programs.
• Develop, administer, and maintain security programs for classified materials and facilities.
• Support staffing initiatives and provide mentoring and training.
