Northrop Grumman is seeking a Security Coordinator – Level 3 or 4 in Dulles, VA for onsite work. The role supports PERSEC and program security, requiring active TS clearance and IC security experience. You will handle PARs, indoctrinations, and government liaison tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates possess MS Office proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating with executives and government customers.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret security clearance required at time of application.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Security experience within the Intelligence Community.
• High School diploma or equivalent and 4+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide program security and PERSEC support including PAR packages and indoctrinations.
• Submit clearance/access information using DISS and JADE; manage PERSEC databases.
• Ensure compliance with DoD security manuals and ICD directives.
• Serve as focal point for security paperwork and data transfers.
• Maintain liaison with government agencies, customers, contractors, and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
