Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector invites you to join our collaborative teams as a Security Coordinator – Level 3 or Level 4 in Dulles, VA. You’ll be a pivotal liaison for PERSEC, review and process clearance documentation, and manage access for SAP/SCI programs.

This 100% onsite role requires a Top-Secret clearance, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work with government customers. Northrop Grumman offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility required.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with industrial security programs within the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities

• Provide program security and PERSEC support for SAP/SCI nominations; manage clearance processes and records.
• Generate PAR packages; create PIAs and briefs/debriefs as required by government security teams.
• Familiarization with DoD SAP/ICD/NISPOM directives and related security regulations; ensure compliance with policies.
