Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Dulles, VA, is seeking a Security Coordinator at Level 3 or 4 to join our team onsite. The role supports SAP/SCI security, indoctrinations, and government coordination with a focus on confidential program operations.

You will maintain security documentation, process clearance requests, and collaborate with government and internal teams to ensure compliance with DoD/NISPOM standards. A clearance and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related experience. Will consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Requires an active U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI and Program approval/access.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide program security and PERSEC support, including SAP and SCI nomination processes.
• Generate PAR packages and Program Indoctrination Agreements (PIA); execute briefs/debriefs as required.
• Maintain PERSEC databases and document control registers, process incoming/outgoing visit authorizations.
