Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Dulles, VA is seeking a Security Coordinator – Level 3 or Level 4, onsite. You will collaborate with senior executives, customers, and government stakeholders to manage PERSEC processes for SAP/SCI nominations and maintain confidential information.

Candidates should hold a Top Secret clearance with SCI access; strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This is a 100% onsite role within a secure facility and opportunities to contribute to classified programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of related experience; degree optional with experience considered.
• Requires active U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide program security and PERSEC support, including SAP/SCI nomination documentation; administer indoctrinations and debriefings; manage clearance data in DISS/JADE and document control.
• Generate and review PAR packages; ensure currency and signatures; prepare PIAs and briefs.
• Familiarization with DoD SAP/SPCI/ICD/NISPOM and related security regulations.
• Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies.
