Job summary

Bristol Bay Services, LLC seeks an Assistant Facility Security Officer to support the Security Department across multiple contracts in San Antonio, TX. You will assist with FCL profiles, incident reporting, onboarding/offboarding of personnel, and processing visit requests.

You will help track training, conduct self-inspections, draft DD254s, and safeguard PII and classified information while liaising with DoD personnel and government agencies to ensure compliance and readiness.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industry personnel security (government or contractor).
• Demonstrated experience managing personnel security IT systems and DD254 processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining FCL profiles and submitting change condition packages.
• Process visit requests and visits for personnel and agencies across multiple contracts.
• Track training and briefing requirements for employee suitability and access.
• Draft DD Form 254 and related security documentation; maintain systems of record.
• Safeguard Privacy Act, PII, and sensitive information; communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
