Job summary

Bristol Bay Services, LLC seeks an Assistant Facility Security Officer to support the Security Department in the San Antonio office across multiple contracts. You will help manage DD254s, training records, and onboarding/offboarding for contractor personnel.

The role requires U.S. Top Secret capability, DoD security experience, and excellent liaison with government agencies. This is a hybrid position in San Antonio, TX with strong focus on compliance and privacy protection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; DoD personnel security experience preferred.
• CDSE FSO Orientation within last 5 years preferred.
• Ability to maintain a U.S. Top Secret Clearance; US citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining FCL profiles and update packages in NISS and related systems.
• Process and track incident reports and correspondence for multiple contracts across companies.
• Support onboarding/offboarding of personnel in DISS/NBIS, ACCS, SPOT and NBIS.
• Coordinate training and briefing records to determine employee suitability and access.
