Job summary

Bristol Bay Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Facility Security Officer to join our Security Department in San Antonio, TX. The role supports multiple agency contracts across several companies, including maintaining FCL profiles, processing DD254s, and managing access for personnel.

Qualified candidates will have a TS clearance, DoD security experience, and proficiency with DISS/NBIS/NISS/ACCS/SPOT/SWFT. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industry personnel security (DoD preferred).
• Ability to maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required, interim TS acceptable.
• Experience with government security IT systems and DD254 processing.
• Must complete required security training on a recurring basis.
• Proficient with DISS/NBIS/NISS/ACCS/SPOT/SWFT and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of FCL profiles and submissions within NISS.
• Support incident reports and correspondence in DISS.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding of contractor personnel in DD254 processes.
• Process visit requests for personnel and visits to agencies across contracts.
• Track training and briefing requirements for employee suitability and access.
• Support semi-annual inspections and security wellness reviews.
• Draft DD Form 254 and maintain security policy knowledge.
• Safeguard Privacy Act, PII, and various classified information.
• Coordinate with internal and external personnel on background checks and documentation.
