Job summary

ASEC is seeking a Security Administrator to join our team supporting a critical Navy mission at NAS Fallon, NV. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining and strengthening the security posture of our operations.

This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret clearance, with a 40-hour workweek and potential after-hours support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is highly desirable and collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of security experience preferred but not required; TS clearance candidates encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support the security team in managing personnel, information, physical, and technical security activities.
• Assist with preparation, routing, and tracking of security documentation and reports.
• Assist CPSO with daily security tasks to protect facilities.
• Interpret and apply security directives, regulations, manuals, and program guidelines.
• Manage and track handling of classified materials and documents.
• Verify visitor clearances and program access to secure spaces.
• Maintain flexibility to support occasional after-hours security needs.
• Work in environments where personal devices may be restricted.
