Job summary

ASEC is seeking a Security Administrator to join our dedicated team supporting a critical Navy mission at NAS Fallon, NV. You will help maintain and strengthen the security posture of our operations, working on personnel, information, physical, and technical security initiatives. Applicants must be a U.S.

citizen with an active DoD Top Secret clearance. The work schedule is a 40-hour week, on-site at NAS Fallon, with occasional after-hours requirements and strict facility access controls in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of relevant security experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support the security team in managing personnel, information, physical, and technical security activities.
• Assist with the preparation, routing, and tracking of security documentation and reports (including Annual PSQs, SETAs, refreshers, inspections, etc.).
• Support the CPSO with daily security tasks to protect and safeguard secure facilities.
• Interpret and apply security directives, regulations, manuals, and program guidelines.
• Manage and track the control, transmission, transportation, packaging, and safeguarding of classified materials and documents.
• Assist with verifying visitor clearances and program access to secure spaces.
• Maintain flexibility to support occasional after-hours security needs.
• This position may require work in a secure facility where personal electronic devices (cell phones, Bluetooth watches, etc.,) are not permitted.
