Job summary

ASEC seeks a Security Administrator to support Navy missions at NAS Fallon, NV, helping maintain and strengthen the security posture of our operations on-site.

Responsibilities include managing security activities, handling sensitive documentation, visitor clearance, and safeguarding classified materials. A Top Secret clearance is required; Microsoft Office proficiency is highly desired. On-site with potential after-hours support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of relevant security experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support the security team in managing personnel, information, physical, and technical security activities.
• Assist with the preparation, routing, and tracking of security documentation and reports (including Annual PSQs, SETAs, refreshers, inspections, etc.).
• Support the CPSO with daily security tasks to protect and safeguard secure facilities.
• Interpret and apply security directives, regulations, manuals, and program guidelines.
• Manage and track the control, transmission, transportation, packaging, and safeguarding of classified materials and documents.
• Assist with verifying visitor clearances and program access to secure spaces.
• Maintain flexibility to support occasional after-hours security needs.
• This position may require work in a secure facility where personal electronic devices are not permitted.
