Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC (IAH) seeks a Project Manager to support mission-critical programs within the Intelligence Community. You will plan, coordinate, and execute complex projects related to facilities, infrastructure, and secure operations.

The ideal candidate brings a strong facilities management background, proven cross-functional leadership, and deep knowledge of compliance, security, and lifecycle requirements.

Qualifications

• FMP or PMP certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of project management or facilities management experience.
• Experience in secure/government environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and close projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, facilities teams, engineers, contractors, and security.
• Apply Facilities Management best practices to secure facilities and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and reports.
• Brief senior leadership on status, risks, and recommendations.
• Support contract management and acquisition activities as required.
