Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to support mission-critical programs within the Intelligence Community. You will plan, coordinate, and execute complex facilities, infrastructure, and operational projects in secure environments.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, strong compliance and security expertise, and the ability to brief senior leadership on status, risks, and recommendations.

Competenze

• FMP or PMP certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or facilities management.
• Experience in secure/government environments is required.

As the Project Manager, you will support mission-critical programs within the Intelligence Community (IC). This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex projects related to facilities, infrastructure, and operational support in secure environments. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in facilities management, demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of compliance, security, and operational requirements.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation through close-out, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirementsCoordinate with government stakeholders, facilities teams, engineering staff, contractors, and security personnel to ensure mission alignmentApply Facilities Management best practices to support secure facilities, infrastructure upgrades, sustainment efforts, and operational readinessDevelop and maintain project documentation including project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reportsIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies in high-security environmentsEnsure compliance with applicable IC policies, safety standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirementsMonitor contractor performance and deliverables; support acquisition and contract management activities as requiredBrief senior leadership on project status, milestones, risks, and recommendationsSupport continuous improvement efforts by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practicesEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Facilities Management Professional (FMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (Or Equivalent) – requiredMinimum 5 years of experience in project management, facilities management, or related disciplinesKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Demonstrated experience managing projects in secure, regulated, or government environmentsStrong knowledge of facilities operations, maintenance, and lifecycle managementProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing senior leadershipProficiency with project management tools and methodologiesExperience supporting Intelligence Community, DoD, or other federal agenciesBackground in construction, engineering, or facilities sustainment programsSECURITY CLEARANCE: Active Top Secret SCI W/ CI PolyPay: $125,000 - $150,000 / AnnualBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k)Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLCwww.intrepidgs.comIntrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC.
