Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in security management, security operations, personnel security, physical security, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of classified information protection and security compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security operations supporting a classified intelligence program and government customer.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies, procedures, and processes.
• Oversee personnel security activities, including security clearance requirements, access eligibility, indoctrination, briefings, debriefings, reporting responsibilities, and training.
• Manage physical security requirements for classified workspaces, controlled areas, secure facilities, and sensitive program activities.
• Oversee protection, handling, storage, transmission, and disposition of classified information and materials.
• Ensure compliance with federal security requirements, customer policies, and program procedures.
• Serve as primary security point of contact for program leadership and government security representatives.
• Conduct security assessments, risk analyses, and identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
