ZenPoint Solutions LLC is seeking a Contractor Program Manager in Washington, DC. This full-time, hybrid role requires U.S. citizenship and a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

You will oversee contract execution, liaise with government personnel, manage budgets and deliverables, and drive risk mitigation across large-scale programs. The ideal candidate has a business-focused master's degree (or a bachelor's with 10+ years) and demonstrated leadership of 200+ FTE programs, with DoD/IC

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a business-related field and seven years of program management experience.
• In lieu of a Master's degree, Bachelor's degree in business + ten years of program management experience.
• Proven ability to lead/manage large-scale programs (200+ FTEs).
• Prior experience managing projects in the DoD/IC environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all contract and subcontract activities, including performance, personnel management, training, security deliverables, and contract modifications.
• Maintain proactive communication with the COR and Government PM, providing updates on risks, issues, and resolution plans.
• Oversee financial reporting, monitor burn rates, and ensure all SOW tasks remain within budget.
• Ensure timely delivery of all Contract Data Requirements Lists, including financial/staffing reports and PMRs.
• Manage programmatic risks and ensure subcontractor capabilities are effectively integrated.
