Job summary

The position requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, on-site work at Kirtland AFB, and a standard 40-hour work week with 10-25% travel. Relocation not offered at this time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant experience or equivalent
• Experience in research, analysis, test & evaluation, data collection, reporting
• Ability to lead or support test events and teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Security culture: ability to work with multilevel classified information systems

Responsibilities

• Plan analytical activities to identify threats to operational missions.
• Provide findings and recommendations to support senior-leader decisions.
• Attend meetings with customers and stakeholders for briefings and reports.
• Develop test methodologies, scenarios, and data-collection plans.
• Assist with operational test event preparation and execution.
• Collect, analyze, and document test data and results.
• Prepare formal reports and briefings on findings and recommendations.
• Lead an assessment team when required or act as a data collector.
• Communicate progress, risks, and results to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects with changing schedules and tight deadlines.
