Job summary

Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) Southwest Division in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Senior Test Manager for DoD test and evaluation leadership across the program lifecycle.

You will plan, coordinate, execute, and report DT/OT activities, ensuring alignment with acquisition strategy, requirements, and government guidance. Strong collaboration with engineers, government sponsors, and end users is essential.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen eligible for Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering/related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of DoD/government acquisition and DoD T&E experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead test planning, execution, and reporting in a team environment.
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-810 environmental/testing standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop TEMPs, test plans, procedures, and data collection requirements.
• Coordinate with DT/OT agencies to align test strategy and schedules.
• Ensure documentation complies with DoD policies and guidance.
• Develop and maintain IMS for T&E activities; track milestones and risks.
• Coordinate TRRs, test events, field activities, and range scheduling.
• Support on-site test execution and data analysis.
• Prepare test reports, deficiency reports, and corrective actions traceable to requirements.
