Job summary

Probity seeks an KD Information Review and Release Analyst to work on-site at Ft. Meade, MD. The role requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph and the ability to review classified documents, apply EO 13526, FOIA and PA criteria, and document decisions for release or redaction.

The analyst will perform first-level declassification work, provide justification for redactions, and coordinate with other agencies as needed. Flexible hours 16–40 per week are possible.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Poly on day one of employment.
• Experience reviewing classified documents and making redaction/release recommendations.
• Familiarity with EO 13526, FOIA and the Privacy Act (PA).

Responsibilities

• Conduct first-level review of classified documents and determine requisite redactions.
• Provide rationale for redactions using legally defined exemptions.
• Record decisions in the appropriate system and prepare for referrals/coordination with OGA.
