Job summary

Nightwing seeks part-time Information Review and Release Analysts for our Ft. Meade, Maryland client, supporting an Intelligence Community office with a flexible schedule on the Ft. Meade campus.

You will thoroughly research the substance of documents, perform first-level reviews of classified information, and apply EO 13526, FOIA, and PA guidelines with critical thinking. Responsibilities include documenting redaction rationales, recommending releases, and recording decisions in the appropriate

Qualifications

• Experience conducting declassification reviews and applying FOIA/PA/EO guidelines.
• Strong research and analysis using established professional methods and techniques.
• Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Poly on day one of employment.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly research the substance and context of select documents and perform first-level review of classified information with redactions according to EO 13526, FOIA and PA.
• Provide the rationale for redactions using exemption codes and recommend release determinations; record decisions in the system.
• Research prior release decisions to ensure accuracy and consistency; identify Other Government Agency equities and coordinate referrals or coordination.
