Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Industrial Security Representative (ISR)/FSO in Concord, MA to safeguard classified information and manage DoD security requirements for the Air Force Cloud 1 ACSS contract.

The role covers physical and information security, OPSEC, personnel security, and access control, with oversight of clearance pre-screening, vetting, and reinvestigations. A Top Secret/SCI clearance is required or attainable.

Qualifications

• Requires BS and 8+ years of relevant experience or MS with 6+ years
• Experience as a Facility Security Officer and/or CPSO
• FSO training certificate for possessing facilities from DCSA
• Thorough understanding of DoD security guidance and ICD standards
• Ability to manage security programs and interface with DoD officials
• Proven track record in physical and information security domains

Responsibilities

• Perform ISR/FSO duties: DD254 processing, visitor control, OA management
• Manage personnel security: clearance actions, training status, records
• Conduct self-inspections and risk mitigation for security programs
• Coordinate with DoD and external stakeholders on security requirements
• Document compliance activities and maintain facility checklists and databases
• Ensure education and training compliance for cleared personnel
• Respond to security incidents with corrective measures
• Inspections of Open Storage Area and OSA accreditation tasks
