Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS diploma or GED.
• Customer service oriented, self-motivated and organized.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Incumbents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issues and tracks visitor badges using computer systems.
• Greets visitors with professional customer service.
• Communicates with management, coworkers, clients, vendors and visitors.
• Assists interagency visitors with badge readers and directs visitors.
• Directs visitors and employees to destinations daily.
• Provides escort duties as needed.
• Maintains access control procedures and positive identification.
• Supports reports and deliverables on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Provides support after hours as directed.
• Responds to calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner.
• Demonstrates problem solving to prevent issues.
• Overtime, rotating 8-hour shifts; potential evenings/weekends/holidays.
