Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Pricing Analyst in Woodland Hills, CA to join the Pricing and Estimating Organization. The role requires building labor estimates from RFPs, coordinating with Operations, and ensuring FAR compliance on government proposals.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of finance experience or a Master's with 3+ years, with Proposal/Pricing experience and US citizenship. A Secret clearance is required or can be obtained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related finance experience or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of related finance experience.
• Proposal/Pricing experience is required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret level security clearance is required.
• Preferred: Experience with government proposals; A current/active U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare labor estimates for proposal submittals.
• Understand customer requirements through RFPs and other requests.
• Collaborate with Operations and Program Management to develop labor estimates.
• Ensure compliance with FAR regulatory requirements.
• Support proposal reviews with CERs and supporting data.
• Coordinate collection of hours, scheduling, and performance elements from internal customers.
• Research and analyze historical data and troubleshoot issues with proposal requirements and deadlines.
• Support government audit engagements.
