Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Director of Property (D1) to lead government and company property across the sector. This senior role reports to the Sr. Director of Contracts Compliance, Global Trade and Property and will reside at Roy, UT among other U.S. sites.

You will set strategic direction, build a strong property team, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, interface with customers and auditors, and develop reporting metrics while travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Experience with Government Property and related regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in compliance audits and PMSAs.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and related contracting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of property professionals managing government/customer and company property.
• Set strategic direction for Government Property organization.
• Implement property procedures to ensure compliance with NG and government requirements.
• Maintain compliant Government Property operations per policies and regulations.
• Serve as primary interface to customers, auditors and stakeholders on property matters.
• Develop and generate key property reporting information and metrics.
• Ensure compliance to FAR/DFARS and related contracting regs.
• Drive property initiatives aligned with business and financial objectives.
