Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Property and Asset Management Analyst onsite at the Sacramento (McClellan) facility. In this A2 level role you’ll support Government Property terms, maintain accountability records, and ensure compliance with PrOP and FAR requirements.

Collaboration with the Program Office and customer is essential to success. Responsibilities include asset tracking, internal/external assessments, and preparing periodic reports while contributing to policy development and process

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2 years of Property/Asset Management or related field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and operate pallet jack and basic hand/power tools.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Government/Customer Property Administrator for programs in Sacramento (McClellan).
• Maintain property accountability records and conduct inventories.
• Analyze results for financial/operational purposes; advise on property life-cycle management.
• Liaise with customer and program office; prepare periodic reports.
