Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Property and Asset Control Support – Level 3 in Carson, CA or Redondo Beach, CA. This 100% onsite role manages contract property closeout, inventory, records, and reporting for key programs.

You will collaborate with internal teams, maintain property records, conduct physical inventories, and assist with audits. Relevant qualifications include a high school diploma with 4+ years in warehousing, strong communication, and the ability to lift 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of additional education and/or related warehouse experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have the ability to lift 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Tag and create records.
• Receive material and tagged assets.
• Perform reconciliations.
• Provide various material and tagged asset reports.
• Maintain and dispose of property owned by government, company, and associate contractors in accordance with company procedure or government regulations.
• Coordinate with other NG departments to ensure the timely closeout of property.
• Maintain records and logs of property received, transferred, allocated, held and disposed.
• Conduct physical inventory.
• Perform property record reviews and inventory updates in property database system.
• Interact frequently with both internal and external customers.
• Assist with property audits and Contractor Self-Assessment activities.
