RTX is seeking a Program Cost Controls Analyst in Tucson, AZ. The role supports contract data requirements, EVMS analysis, and variance reporting within a major program. You will partner with the Program Director, CAMs, and IPT Leads to assist leadership in financial execution and decision making, while working onsite at the Tucson facility.

Candidates need 2+ years in EVMS/Program Controls, experience with SAP/forProject/RTX Tool Suite, and an active Top-Secret clearance. U.S.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in EVMS, Program Controls, and/or Cost/Schedule Integration.
Experience with SAP, forProject, RTX Tool Suite or similar tools.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top-Secret clearance is required before start.
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.

Mansioni

Process Baseline Change Requests (BCRs).
Execute program and financial control actions, incl. Estimates-at-Complete (EACs) and IPMDAR reporting.
Provide EVMS analysis and support internal/external reviews.
Collaborate with Program Office, Engineering, and Supply Chain leadership.
Prepare weekly and monthly program reports and ad hoc data requests.
