E Logic is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Executive Airlift Communications Network contract at Scott AFB. This full-time position requires managing contractor personnel and serving as the primary government liaison with authority to commit the firm.

Hybrid on-site required 3–4 days per week, with responsibilities spanning PWS performance, PMRs, and configuration management across multiple locations. A Top Secret clearance is mandatory at award.

Competenze

• Minimum 5-6 years managing contractor workforce in military IT programs.
• Experience in network operations planning and project management.
• Experience with IT service management and fiscal responsibilities.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Active TOP SECRET security clearance at contract award.
• Ability to supervise contract personnel and report to Government PM.

Mansioni

• Serve as Task Lead and POC for the PWS.
• Supervise all contract personnel and functions.
• Provide PMRs to Government PM and stakeholders annually.
• Maintain Project Status List and Project Checklist for every project.
• Submit Monthly Status Reports covering JBA, JBLM, and SAFB.
• Lead bi-weekly teleconferences with AMC/A67A and A2G2.
• Establish, maintain, and report metrics on services area.
• Maintain production configuration baselines of hardware and software.
• Create White Papers, Network Installation & Configuration Guides, and Disaster Recovery Plans as required.
• Assist EACN Government Engineers in maintaining a Configuration Management Plan.
