Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead the EACN Support contract at Scott AFB, IL. This key personnel role oversees performance, personnel, and government communications with authority to commit the firm.

The position requires active TOP SECRET clearance, PMI PMP certification, and 5–6 years managing military IT operations. The role is hybrid on-site (3-4 days/week) with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-6 years managing contractor workforce for military IT programs.
• Experience in operational planning and execution of network operations and project management.
• 3-5 years handling fiscal requirements and related functions.
• PMI PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management and performance of the PWS.
• Supervise all contract personnel and contractor functions.
• Provide PMRs to Government PM and stakeholders annually.
• Maintain the Projects Status List (CDRL 003) and Project Checklist (CDRL 008).
• Submit Monthly Status Reports (MSR) for all three locations (JBA, JBLM, SAFB).
• Convene bi-weekly teleconferences with AMC/A67A and A2G2 personnel.
• Establish and report metrics on each area of the services summary.
• Ensure production configuration baselines of all hardware and software.
• Create and deliver White Papers (CDRL 007), Network Installation & Configuration Guides (CDRL 009), and Disaster Recovery Plans (CDRL 010).
• Assist Government Engineers in maintaining a Configuration Management Plan.
