Job summary

E Logic is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Executive Airlift Communications Network (EACN) Support contract. This Key Personnel role oversees the PWS, staff performance, and serves as the primary Government contact.

The PM must hold an Active TOP SECRET clearance and a PMP certification, with 5-6 years in DoD/air-force IT program management. The position is based at Scott AFB, IL, with a hybrid work arrangement (3-4 days on-site).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-6 years managing contractor staff on military IT programs.
• Experience in operational planning, network operations, and resource allocation.
• PMI PMP certification required; active TOP SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; background check and PRA required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Task Lead and Point of Contact (POC) for the overall management and performance of the PWS.
• Supervise all contract personnel and performance of all contractor-related functions.
• Provide Program Management Reviews (PMRs) to the Government EACN Program Manager and key stakeholders annually.
• Maintain the Projects Status List (CDRL 003) and Project Checklist (CDRL 008) for every project.
• Submit Monthly Status Reports (MSR) covering all three locations (JBA, JBLM, and SAFB).
• Convene bi-weekly teleconferences with AMC/A67A and A2G2 personnel to discuss configuration issues and status updates.
• Establish, maintain, and report metrics on each area of the services summary.
• Ensure production configuration baselines of all hardware and software are maintained.
• Create and deliver White Papers (CDRL 007), Network Installation & Configuration Guides (CDRL 009), and Disaster Recovery Plans (CDRL 010) as required.
• Assist the EACN Government Engineers in maintaining a Configuration Management Plan.
