Responsibilities

• Provides technical support for computers and associated networks.
• Installs, troubleshoots, services, and repairs PCs, related software, telephones, cables, and connectors.
• Connects PCs to data networks and performs basic PC setups.
• Instructs users in the use of PCs and networks.
• Investigates information, network, and communications needs and makes purchases recommendations.
• Resolves tickets within established SLAs.
• Establishes high levels of customer satisfaction and adheres to policies.
