CGS Federal is seeking a Paralegal (Top Secret Clearance Required) in Baltimore, MD with options for Remote or Hybrid work, including Rockville, MD. The role supports the OGC and litigation teams, handling document review, research, and draft preparation.

Candidates must have a paralegal certificate or JD, at least two years of litigation paralegal experience, and familiarity with LEXIS/Westlaw. Strong writing and communication skills, and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires paralegal certificate, or JD, or currently attending an ABA-accredited law school, having completed at least one year of study.
• At least two years of litigation paralegal experience is required; trial experience is very helpful.
• At least one year of experience in automated litigation support; strong knowledge of federal/state court systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support reporting to the OGC; assist LITB/IALB with requests and research.
• Perform legal research, draft memoranda, and assist in preparing draft legal documents.
• Manage discovery materials, prepare privilege logs, and maintain case records.
