The ideal candidate has litigation experience, strong written and oral communication skills, and proficiency with MS Word and Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications

• At least one year of specialized litigation experience or equivalent.
• Experience reviewing legal documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Docket and update cases using the automated tracking system.
• Prepare and file legal documents with state or federal courts.
• Maintain attorney calendars and monitor deadlines and court appearances.
• Assemble files and organize discovery materials for court filings.
