You will perform legal research, draft memoranda, manage privilege logs, and support litigation through electronic discovery tools like Veritas, Adobe Pro, and eDiscovery platforms.

Qualifications

• Requires paralegal certificate, or JD, or currently attending an ABA-accredited law school.
• At least two years of litigation paralegal experience; trial experience helpful.
• Experience in automated litigation support; familiar with federal/state court systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication; proficient with LEXIS and Westlaw.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office, document management, and eDiscovery tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional paralegal support to OGC and FBI teams; prioritize requests.
• Research relevant laws, decisions, and articles; summarize transcripts for attorneys.
• Draft preliminary legal memoranda, correspondence, and draft filings.
• Review discovery materials for relevance and privilege; prepare privilege logs.
• Assist in litigation tasks, including preservation notices and case management.
