Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking an Operations Analysis Simulations Engineer LV 2/3 in El Segundo, CA or Melbourne, FL to join our Systems Engineering team. The role focuses on modeling, simulation, and analysis of military systems, with opportunities to work on diverse projects and customers.

Qualifications include a STEM degree and 2+ years (LV2) or 5+ years (LV3) plus active TS clearance and SAP eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline with 2 years of experience or Master of Science in STEM.
• LV3: BS with 5 years, MS with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year experience.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance or current Continuous Evaluation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SAP clearance in a reasonable time.

Responsibilities

• Perform modeling, simulation, and analysis to support program development and R&D.
• Support lead in developing or assessing new requirements and technologies.
• Support mission engineering to trade performance against cost and requirements; develop scenarios.
• Communicate across engineering disciplines to integrate capabilities.
