Everforth ECS in Washington DC is seeking an experienced Microsoft M365/Exchange Systems Administrator with Top Secret clearance to support a large Enterprise in the federal sector.

You will lead M365/Exchange initiatives, implement and monitor tenant services, and collaborate with the customer, project team, and external stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions across Office 365, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience delivering M365/Exchange in large enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with end-to-end M365 tenant management and security.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and modernize M365 services within the Enterprise.
• Lead development of a Road Map for Office 365/Exchange aligned with business goals.
• Serve as technical lead for AGILE team on M365/Cloud solutions.
• Document resolutions and manage incidents/changes for M365/Exchange.
• Collaborate with customer, project team, and vendors.
