Job summary

Yakshna Solutions, Inc is seeking an IT Operations Lead to provide customer service and first-look support for tickets submitted through the DAF standard portals on unclassified networks.

You will coordinate with cybersecurity teams, configure service times, and provide performance data to XT leadership via dashboards and reports. A Top Secret clearance and DoW experience are required, with US citizenship or GC.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in Information Technology Management, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline is strongly preferred for service desk management positions.
• Certifications include CompTIA Security+ CE, CompTIA Network+ CE, or ITIL v4 Foundation; ITIL v4 Specialist, ISC2 CC, or higher cybersecurity certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal personnel and enterprise cybersecurity teams to support ticket routing, processing, tracking, and closure.
• Configure to capture service times and provide performance data via dashboards and reports.
